Recruitment history
Rawaz started his recruitment career at a top notch and well-established multinational recruiting agency: Computer Futures, part of the S-Three Group. After that he got on board as Shareholder at a small two-man recruitment start-up agency where he set up an EPR Finance IT Recruitment desk from scratch and helped the company grow in personnel, revenue, accounts and business ideas. Finally Rawaz decided to act as a “lone wolf” and with all the gained knowledge and experience start Rawaz Consultancy and help great companies find the right personnel and professionals looking for their next challenge.
